patches for Xpdf

Play referenced audio

If the pdf contains a run: hyperlink which references an audio file, xpdf will run showaudio on the reference. This resembles the behaviour of Adobe's Acrobat Reader for Linux. Apply my runaudio.patch to the 3.0 version of xpdf.

Fix compilation problems on Linux with X and Freetype

I always compile my linux software and have run into serious problems with the default autoconf scripts shipped with the 3.0 version of xpdf. I have patched the configure.in script so it will detect my X/XFree86 and Freetype libraries. Apply my freetype-config.patch and keep compiling.
